Congratulations to client and friend, August Rigo for his work on ‘Black Swan’ and ‘ON’ on BTS’ album ‘Map of the Soul: 7’, now RIAA Platinum certified.

2020 may have been a difficult year for BTS, (for us all really), with the cancellation of their Map Of The Soul World Tour, and 2 month hiatus of rapper Suga (Min Yoongi) for his shoulder injury – but that didn’t stop them from creating hit after hit – making ‘Map Of The Soul: 7’ the only “Pop” Album to go Platinum in 2020.

BTS have proved time and time again that they are breaking boundaries – not just in language and genre – but in the stigma of mental health; But even they will tell you they couldn’t have done it without Army; and the trusted list of songwriters and producers who have helped to create their legacy as arguably the biggest band in the world.

One of these songwriters being none other than our own; August Rigo – who co-wrote “Black Swan” alongside BTS’ Leader RM (Kim NamJoon), Producer Pdogg, Rapper Clyde Kelly and fellow Songwriter Vince Nantes; and “ON” which was written with members RM, Suga and J-Hope (Jung Hoseok) – as well as Fontana, Michel Schulz, Antonina Armato, Krysta Youngs and Julia Ross. Both of which have received more than 200M views on YouTube – and have enjoyed their fair share of time in the Top 10 of music charts all over the world.
